Thriving Communities
Informed by our interviews with refugees, we allocate half of our units to established Americans. By bringing together new and established Americans, our built environments foster thriving communities that embody the promise of hope, inclusion, and opportunity that America represents.
How It Works
Courage Housing
We are an investment firm that deploys capital to develop and operate multifamily developments where new Americans thrive
Development and Management Experience
Our team has built 27 ground-up units, has 110 units under management, and 203 units in development
We Unlock
Overlooked Value
While traditional tenant screening methods often stigmatize refugees as high-risk due to their limited credit and rental history, we recognize the overlooked potential of new American tenants
Tenant Empowerment
We partner with refugee-focused nonprofits, who have office and community space on the ground floor, to help our tenants access to services, including healthcare, employment opportunities, vocational services, English classes, social services, and more
Flexible Rents
We enhance affordability of units as new American families settle in their first two years. At the end of two years, we support tenants in finding longer term housing, so we can open the units for newly arrived Americans.
Impact Metric
Number of new Americans transitioned to long-term housing over 10 years
Durable Change
Courage Housing guarantees units for refugees for 10 years
Risk Mitigation
Capital is secured by real estate, in secondary position to our banking partners.
Providing tenants access to services and a community lowers turnover, vacancy, and loss to lease.
Unwavering Belief
Because of our unwavering belief in the determination and resilience of the American spirit, we are the nation's first firm to build new construction designed specifically for refugee success.

TRACK RECORD
We Build What Others Won't

May 22, 2025: Together, we broke ground on the nation's first library-private partnership focused on refugee housing—a 48-unit, $10.5 million development with Thrive International and Spokane Public Library. Expected delivery: June 1, 2026. We transformed 25 years of vacant library land into innovative affordable housing with integrated public library space, community gardens, and comprehensive support services.

Antony Delivers Results: Through his development firm Millennium Northwest, Antony has delivered over $30 million worth of developments and 200+ housing units across three major ground-up projects: Millennium Monroe (89 units plus commercial space), North Hill in Garland (60+ units), and Millennium by Kendall Yards. Each project solved complex challenges others couldn't handle—from navigating COVID-era financing splits to creating mixed-income communities that actually work.

The Bottom Line: Thirteen years, $30 million deployed, 200+ units delivered. Ground-up development, complex public-private partnerships, first-of-their-kind projects—we see the opportunity, we execute flawlessly, we deliver results. Every time.
