Thriving Communities

Informed by our interviews with refugees, we allocate half of our units to established Americans. By bringing together new and established Americans, our built environments foster thriving communities that embody the promise of hope, inclusion, and opportunity that America represents.

How It Works

TRACK RECORD

In 2021, Antony Chiang, Mark Finney and nine others co-founded the Ministry Housing Investment Group (MHIG), which manages 16 units, housing 47 new Americans.

All new American tenants have developed income streams and are current on rent.

The group is generating strong returns, is in the predevelopment phase for the first new construction build, and anticipates managing at least 46 units by 2025.

Only in America could a refugee girl from Central Europe become Secretary of State.
